Summer Fun

We've had a great time the past few weeks. Carl, Gavin, Grandpa,
Natalie, and Allyson went to a Bee's game (the highlight was the
fireworks). We rode on a canoe and the kids rode on a little
train at Ft. Buenaventura. We did some fireworks on the 24th.
Grandpa helped Addison hold her first sparkler. We finally
went to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house. We went
swimming at Grandma's pool. We had a fun day playing at the
Children's Museum. The kids also loved going through the
Dinosaur Museum, playing in the sand/water, and digging
for bones. We also went on a tour of Sweet's Candy Company,
went to The Aquarium, and went to Antelope Island but I don't
have pictures of these. It was a very busy but fun 2 weeks. We
were glad to be able to spend so much time with family especially
Brenda and her kids. Gavin and Addison love playing with their
cousins.

Holy cow lady! You guys did have a busy couple of weeks! One of my fondest memories with you is of our little trip to Fort Buenaventura...at least that is where I remember it being. We went with your dad and all of those hot boys that he used to run around with to one of their Indian get togethers. We had a lot of fun running around trying to get the attention of the boys...were their names Danny and maybe Devin??? Anyways, when I just read that on your blog, it came back to me. Thought I'd share :)

That sounds like a very fun time. We missed seeing you on the 24th, but were so glad that you had family to be with.
